Free international shipping on orders above €450.

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

International orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We use different shipping carriers depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it.

As a small business, we do our best to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible. During busy periods, holidays or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Return policy 

In line with EU consumer protection rules, customers within the EU have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

We are extending this period to 30 days as part of our customer service commitment.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange, depending on your preference.
